The Mental Health Shop (MHS) reserves the right to vary any prices of any goods or services listed without notice. MHS reserves the right to refuse to supply goods or services to any individual or organisation.

The estimated delivery time is between 5-7 working days, but we cannot guarantee to deliver within this timescale. Refunds will be approved if goods are returned to us within 30 days of receipt in their original condition, together with the delivery note or a copy of the original order and order number.

Although the Mental Health Shop website uses encryption security software in areas where on-line payment details are accepted, the security of information and payments transmitted via the internet cannot be guaranteed. Any loss incurred or sustained by you when transmitting information by means of email or other internet links shall be borne solely and exclusively by you and in no event shall any such loss in whole or in part be borne by MHS or its agents.

Mental Health Shop takes great care to safeguard personal data provided by our newsletter subscribers and customers, and to process this data fairly and lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

When providing details about yourself you can be confident that any information you provide online is confidential and that Mental Health Shop will always endeavour to keep accurate and up to date information on you.

Mental Health Shop will not pass on your details on to any other organisation except to Rethink and Mental Health Media, the founding partners of Mental Health Shop. Currently, we are using Rethink’s My Account system to set up Mental Health Shop newsletter subscribers. This means that if you subscribe to the Mental Health Shop e-bulletin, we will have to share your information with Rethink.

When will I need to provide my details?

If you wish to become an e-bulletin subscriber, or if you wish to make a purchase, you will need to complete a form with your details.

Why do you need my details?

We need to keep your details in order to send you any information you have requested such as an e-bulletin or product, and to deal with any subsequent queries. If you subscribe to the Mental Health Shop e-bulletin or if you support our work with a donation, we need your details as we would like to thank you and keep you updated on the work we do. We would like to keep your details to keep you informed of other services that may be of interest to you.

What if I don’t want you to keep my details?

The forms on the Mental Health Shop website provide the opportunity to tick a box to say that you are unhappy for us to keep your details and stay in touch with you.

If you do not want us to keep your details, simply tick the box. If you do supply your details, but decide at a later date that you no longer want us to keep your them, simply let our Customer Service Team know by contacting them at:
