People have been fighting stigma and discrimination for decades. A number of projects are beginning to collate and disseminate evidence of best practice. This report has been written for people interested in breaking down stigma and discrimination attached to mental ill-health. It has been written to provide an overview of some of the steps one may consider when setting up an antidiscrimination programme, and to report on the success of one such project in Kent.
