Do helplines help?

A recent Department of Health commissioned summary report highlighting the impact of Rethink mental health crisis helplines on care pathways. The study explored the impact of two very distinct Rethink helpline services, gaining the views of all stakeholders including staff, mental health professionals and service users using the helplines, and makes recommendations for helplines in general.
