Review: This book is a collection of over 30 short stories.  The author uses writing to express the subconscious mind.  I admire her for being prepared to expose so much of her darker side.

Whilst I did find the material a bit repetitious, the best part for me was the section on her feelings and impressions while in a mental health unit. I was once detained in a mental hospital and I could relate in part to how she felt. She mentions being overwhelmed by noise and being unable to block the noise out.  Anybody, who has experienced hearing voices, will be able to relate and I think carers and professionals can also gain insights.
