Tackling mental health stigma is an important way to improve the lives of people with mental health problems.  Campaigns must be multi-faceted, tackling public attitudes, the polict and practice of Government and public services and the empowerment of the community of a whole. 

This report discusses the campaigns tackling mental health stigma, particularly the Rethink campaigns in Norwich and Northern Ireland.  It looks at what work was undertaken and the impact of the campaigns, as well as lessons which can be learned from these.
