The Rethink National Advice and Information Service provides information factsheets for people with mental health problems, their family, friends, informal carers and professionals on a wide range of issues. 

These are regularly updated, and can be downloaded and printed in single copies directly from Mental Health Shop. Of you have the means, please help Rethink by printing from your own computer.

Alternatively they can be ordered for free, although charges do apply for multiple copies.
